While the Furwel Technologies continue to operate as normal, we are taking steps to ensure our customers continue to receive continuous service. Rest assured, we are following the latest Government advice and have introduced a variety of measures across the business to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Planned Preventative Maintenance visits
Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions in place related to COVID-19, we have taken the decision to reschedule our Planned Preventative Maintenance visits. This is because the large majority of our customers are following the Government guidelines for staying at home and social distancing.
The uncertainty around the Government exit strategy and guidelines means we are instead communicating with customers to move scheduled maintenance visits on by 3 months.
